LP System V2, foundation build (M0)

This package is the M0 foundation: database schema, platform layer and
system endpoints. It has no business screens yet and is meant for a TEST
subdomain only. Do not install it on the production domain.

Requirements: Node.js 22 (cPanel "Setup Node.js App"), an EMPTY MariaDB
10.6+ database and a database user with ALL PRIVILEGES on it.

1. Check the download: the SHA-256 of the ZIP must equal the .sha256 file.
2. In File Manager, create a folder OUTSIDE public_html (e.g. ~/lp-v2) and
   extract the ZIP into it.
3. In "Setup Node.js App": Node.js 22, application root = that folder,
   startup file = server.js, mode = Production. Save and start.
4. Create storage/config/app.json (see app.json.example in the docs) with the
   database name, user and password, and generated secrets. Mode 600.
5. Open https://<test-subdomain>/api/health once. This also creates
   storage/config/install-key.txt (the setup key).
6. Apply the schema: send POST /api/system/migrate with header
   x-lp-setup-key: <contents of install-key.txt>. Re-send if interrupted;
   it resumes. GET /api/system/check (same header) shows the charset of the
   server, database, connection, every table and column.

The M1 installer replaces steps 4-6 with browser pages.
